Terms of Service

1. The service

EvenFee is an independent service that helps Amazon FBA sellers identify and recover fulfillment and storage fees overcharged because of incorrect product dimension or weight measurements. EvenFee is an early-stage, independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

2. Eligibility & authorization

You must be the authorized owner of, or be duly authorized to act for, the Amazon seller account you connect. You authorize EvenFee to access your account data through Amazon's official Selling Partner API solely to provide the Service. You may revoke that authorization at any time from your Amazon Seller Central account.

3. Fees & billing

EvenFee charges a small monthly subscription plus a success fee calculated as a percentage of amounts we actually help you recover. If no recoverable overcharges are recovered, no success fee is due. Specific rates are agreed with you before you subscribe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; fees already incurred (including success fees on recoveries already obtained) remain payable. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use EvenFee only for your own lawful business purposes, and to comply with Amazon's policies and applicable laws. You are responsible for your Amazon account and your relationship with Amazon.

5. No guarantee; not professional advice

We do not guarantee any specific recovery amount or outcome. Reimbursement decisions are made by Amazon and depend on your account and Amazon's review. EvenFee provides an analysis and claim-preparation service; it does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

6. Intellectual property

EvenFee and its content, software, and branding are owned by EvenFee and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these terms are in effect. You retain all rights to your own data.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and EvenFee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

8. Termination

You may stop using EvenFee and revoke access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or to comply with law or Amazon's requirements. On termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves or as required by law. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law & contact
